1. Our commitment

We sell a tool that helps stores find accessibility problems, so we hold our own site to the same bar. When something here gets in your way, we treat it as a bug.

2. The standard we aim for

Our goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is a goal, not a claim: we have not had the site formally audited, and we do not claim it fully conforms or hold any accessibility certification.

3. How we check

  • Automated checks with axe-core, the same engine our free ADA scan runs.
  • Keyboard checks: we try pages with the keyboard alone and look for focus you can see.

Automated tools find only part of real problems. That is why your reports matter.

4. Known limitations

  • Some charts and status lights in the signed-in app are visual. We label the ones we know carry information; if you find one that says nothing to a screen reader, tell us.
  • Paying for a plan and signing in to Meta happen on pages run by Stripe and Meta. Their accessibility is theirs, but we will pass on anything you report.

5. Report a barrier

Email david@un8brands.com. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use, if you’re happy to share it.

We aim to reply within 5 business days. If a fix will take longer, we’ll say so and help you get what you need another way.
